Dr. Sara Brookes graduated from RMIT University in 1999 and began her chiropractic career in Australia before moving to the UK in 2001. There, she spent over a decade practicing and managing two successful clinics in London.

With a deep background in sport and fitness, Sara initially worked as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor, before advancing her expertise with a postgraduate International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (I.C.S.S.D.). Her specialization in sports chiropractic has allowed her to work at major sporting events such as:

  • The 2012 London Olympics

  • The PANAM Games in Mexico

  • The Fastnet Sailing Race in the UK

  • The World Veterans Games in Australia

Sara’s experience also includes working with professional athletes like Leeds United FC (2001) and the London Rowing Club (for 10 years), as well as numerous other athletes across various sports.

Recognizing that health is about more than just physical recovery, Sara has expanded her focus to include a holistic approach that incorporates not only chiropractic care but also nutritional and emotional wellbeing. She believes that to truly achieve optimal health and performance, all aspects of an individual’s health need to be addressed.

“I’m here to support you on your journey to better health, helping you identify and overcome the barriers that are holding you back from living the life you truly want. Together, we’ll look at your case holistically, considering your physical, nutritional, and emotional wellbeing. I will create a tailored healthcare program specific to you, helping you feel empowered to take charge of your health and wellness in the long term.”

Sara’s approach goes beyond injury recovery and sports performance. She is passionate about helping her patients feel empowered to make sustainable, positive changes that enhance their overall quality of life, inside and outside of sports.

Chiropractic care plays a key role in optimizing movement and reducing injury risks. I’m committed to helping people achieve their best, both on the field and in life.
