Bianca Gilling
With over 16 years of hands-on clinical experience, Bianca is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. She believes effective care starts with truly understanding the individual — recognising that every body is different and that treatment should always be tailored to suit each person’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy), a Diploma of Remedial Massage, and a Certificate in Relaxation Massage. This strong educational foundation, combined with extensive practical experience, allows her to confidently assess and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with care and precision.
Throughout her career, Bianca has had the privilege of working alongside elite and professional athletes across major sporting codes, including the AFL, domestic cricket, BBL, A-League, and NBL. This experience has shaped her clinical approach, with a focus not only on pain relief, but also on performance, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term results. She applies these same principles to every client, whether highly active or simply seeking greater comfort in everyday movement.
Bianca utilises a range of techniques including sports therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and cupping therapy, selecting the most appropriate methods based on each individual’s presentation and goals.
Her goal is simple: to help you move with ease, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most — whether you’re managing a long-term condition, recovering from injury, or seeking ongoing maintenance and performance support.
Outside of work, Bianca enjoys staying active through sport, particularly tennis and running, as well as reading and exploring the world.
My passion is about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain through personalised, evidence-informed care".
