Rachel studied for 2 years at RMIT University, where she completed an Advance Diploma of Myotherapy. She has a particular interest in shoulder injuries and the use of holistic approaches to provide sustainable long-term pain management.
She uses a range of techniques including Myofascial Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Joint Mobilizations, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Tension Techniques and Digital Ischaemic Pressure to help aid in clientsâ€™ recovery. Throughout her studies, Rachel has done various placements including Melbourne United Basketball Team, National Institute of Circus Arts Australia, AFL Draft, Indigenous AFL Training Camp, The Australian College of Basketball, RMIT Clinic Shifts and RMIT Open Days.
Rachel has developed a love and passion for the industry and a motivation to assist people in achieving their optimal health and wellbeing.
